Email Marketing & CRM Strategist

We are looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Strategist who combines strategic thinking with hands-on expertise across platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).

You will develop and deliver email marketing and lifecycle strategies for B2B and B2C clients, translating business objectives into customer journeys, campaigns and automation programmes that drive measurable results.

This role requires experience in both defining the strategy and managing its implementation, from audience research and journey mapping through to execution, reporting and optimisation.
