What you will do:

Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and data delivery

Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes across multiple enterprise data sources

Design and implement robust data models to support analytics and business use cases

Ensure data quality, reliability, performance and governance across the data lifecycle

Support Data Science and Analytics initiatives by providing trusted and scalable data foundations

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business System Analysts, Data Scientists and other technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Contribute to the evolution of the overall data architecture and engineering best practices

Lead technical discussions, influence architectural decisions and mentor other engineers when needed

Participate in technical discussions with global teams and stakeholders across different regions and time zones

What we are looking for:

Solid experience as a Senior Data Engineer or Data Engineering Specialist

Strong background designing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutions

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Advanced experience with BigQuery

Advanced SQL and data modeling skills

Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering and data processing

Experience building and maintaining complex ETL/ELT pipelines

Experience with Git, Azure DevOps and modern software development practices

Strong understanding of data quality, monitoring and governance concepts

Fluent English (spoken and written) &mdash

mandatory for active participation in international meetings, architecture reviews and day-to-day collaboration across different countries and time zones

High degree of autonomy and ability to operate independently in complex environments

Nice to have:

Experience supporting Data Science, Advanced Analytics or Business Intelligence initiatives

Experience with Tableau or other analytics/reporting platforms

Experience in agile product teams and globally distributed squads

Background in agribusiness, commodities, supply chain or commercial analytics environments
