Legal Analyst

o Paulo or Belo Horizonte (Hybrid), or remotely in other regions.

We are looking for someone to join our internal compliance and legal team, responsible for ensuring the company complies with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities

Support business areas in Compliance matters to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations

Review and execution of KYs during client onboarding

Negotiation, review, and analysis of contracts

Conducting meetings with clients

Interfacing with other teams, suppliers, and partners

Knowledge of national payment methods and compliance legislation (Res. 277, Circular 3,978)

Research and interpretation of international legislation

Adopt measures to create and modify policies to align with Central Bank requirements

Evaluate and identify non-compliance risks.

What we&rsquo

re looking for:

Degree in Law, preferably with an active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration

Fluent English (will be tested)

Experience in Payment Institution or Financial Institution regulatory matters

Ease and clarity in communication

Organization and attention to detail.
